You must to try - Complete Bun

When we talk about food, complete bun is definitely my favourite. The town where I was born is well-known about this food. Complete bun is a traditional food with unique taste. It isn't healthy to often consuming. It's greasy and salty and after eating this, you'll be thirsty all day. But the taste is amazing.

How to prepare

You need:

- 1 bun

- kajmak(this is something like melted cheese)

- 1 egg

- roasted pork melt

What to do:

First, you'll put off the upper bun and make a cover. You'll take off the cover and in the inside of the lid and the main part of the bun you'll put the cream cheese. You'll smash the egg and put it in the main part of the bun and mix it with cream cheese. Then, you'll put the both part of the bun in the cooker and bake it. When baked, you'll put the roasted pork melt in the main part of the bun, and over that put the lid. And... you'll enjoy the taste. 

Kada je rec o hrani, komplet lepinja je definitivno moja omiljena. Grad u kome sam rodjena je poznat po ovoj hrani. Komplet lepinja je tradicionalna hrana jedinstvenog ukusa. Ne treba je jesti cesto jer nije bas zdrava. Masna je i slana i posle nje ceo dan cete biti zedni. Ali ukus je neverovatan. 

Kako pripremiti

Treba vam: 

- lepinja

- kajmak

- 1 jaje

- pretop

Sta raditi sa tim: 

Prvo cete iseci gornji deo lepinje kao poklopac. Onda cete skinuti poklopac i u unutrasnji deo poklopca i glavnog dela lepinje stavicete kajmak. Onda cete razbiti jaje i staviti ga u donji deo lepinje i umutiti jaje i kajmak, smesati ih. Zatim cete oba dela lepinje peci u sporetu razdvojena. Kada se ispece, stavicete pretop u donji deo lepinje, po zelji posebno i u gornji, i stavicete  poklopac preko. I.. uzivati u ukusu.
